H100 Fife is delivering the UK’s first end-to-end hydrogen system — from green hydrogen production and secure storage through to safe use in homes.

This £32m project is investing in Fife’s green energy industry.
We’ve chosen Energy Park Fife as our hydrogen hub for H100 Fife. The project is investing £32m over its lifetime, bringing jobs and opportunities to residents and local businesses.
The project will save over 2 tonnes of CO2 per home per year.
A typical UK home uses 11,500 units of natural gas each year.
For each unit of gas, 0.184 kg of carbon dioxide (CO2) is released. So, decarbonising one home would save 2,116 kg of CO2 every year.
